Miss Derry Scholarship Program is proud to announce the selection of the
24th. Miss Greater Derry.
MC is a twenty-two year old
resident of Nashua and the daughter of Herb & Emily Archer. She
will perform “Battlefield Cry” Set on the Celtic Fiddle. MC’s platform
is “Mentoring Young Women Toward a Powerful Future”. MC attends Daniel
Webster College as a Junior majoring in Air Traffic Management/Control.

The Miss Derry Scholarship Program, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3)
charitable trust, incorporated in the state of New Hampshire. This year
we awarded $15,000.00 in scholarship grants.

Program, Inc. is proud to continue to offer an additional scholarship
outside of this evening’s awards. For many years, Miss Greater Derry has
awarded the Pinkerton Performing Arts Award to a Graduating Senior who
excels in the Arts. This year, the $1000 Scholarship was awarded to
Kaleb Wells of Hampstead, New Hampshire. Congratulations to Kaleb and
best wishes as you begin your college education!

The Miss Derry Scholarship Program is excited to announce our first
annual Miss Outstanding Pre-Teen and Outstanding Teen pageant to be held
at the Adams Memorial Opera House in Derry NH on April 18, 2010. The
deadline to enter the pageant is April 1, 2010

The Miss Derry Scholarship Program has confirmed that we will award a
$1,000.00 scholarship to a student from Pinkerton Academy that has been
selected by the school as an outstanding student of the performing arts.

Miss Cameron represented the state of Virginia at Miss America in Las
Vegas.
