Bernie Resnick
is a semi-retired Senior Vice
President of Nelson & Small, Inc. of Portland, Maine and Burlington,
Vermont. He has been a member of the Miss America Program for fifty-one
continuous years. He directed the Miss Maine Pageant for fifteen years,
the Miss New Hampshire and Miss Vermont Pageants for two years. In
addition, he directed the Miss Massachusetts
Pageant through their first New England-wide television broadcast.
Bernie has directed and produced several pageant specials for
television. He has served on the production committee of the Miss
America Pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and has judged seventeen
state pageants throughout the country. His summer stock experience
includes three seasons here in New Hampshire with the Barnstormers of
the Tamworth, NH Summer Theatre. He resides in Derry, New Hampshire
where he is actively involved in the betterment of his community. |

Michael Moynagh
has been in the United States Marine
Corps for 12 years. He has recently been returned to the New Hampshire
area after living in Okinawa Japan, California, and North Carolina.
Michael has traveled to many different areas of the world to perform
both humanitarian assistance and also to perform combat operations. He
has been to Iraq multiple times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Michael’s current duties are as a member of the Inspector Instructor
Staff of 1st Battalion 25th Marines out of Fort Devens Massachusetts.
When not training reserve Marines, he is performing community outreach
services such as Toys for Tots, funeral honors for former Marines, color
guards for various events and various other programs within the greater
Boston area. He has a daughter Ashley and now resides in Manchester. |

Catherine O'Donnell
After twenty-eight years with the former
Digital Equipment Corporation & Compaq which became Hewlett Packard,
Catherine retired in October, 2005. Prior to retirement, Catherine
served as an International Customer Support Representative and a Buyer.
Since 2006, Catherine has been the Office Manager for Stewart Design
Group, a wonderful Interior
Design Firm in Carlisle, Massachusetts. A devoted volunteer in her
community, Catherine is the President of the Brush Art Gallery & Studios
Board of Directors, as well as President of the Hellenic Culture Society
Board of Directors. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Suitability
and on the Board of Directors of the Andover Chamber Music Series. An
avid supporter of the arts, she is a season subscriber to the Merrimack
Repertory Theatre and the Lowell Memorial Auditorium Productions.
Catherine is a member of the Whistler House Museum of Art, the American
Textile History Museum, The Revolving Museum, the Art Leagues of Lowell,
the Cultural Organization of Lowell and the New England Quilt Museum.
Catherine is a proud resident of Lowell, Massachusetts, and is very
pleased to once again be a judge for the Miss Greater Derry Scholarship
Program. |

Holly Latulippe-Poitras
was brought up in a family owned music
school. She studied music and dance since the age of 5. In 1989 she won
the New England Accordion Championship and went on to win the United
States Accordion Championship in 1990. She was a guest performer at
Carnegie Hall in New York City. In 1993 she graduated from the
University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. In 1994 she
won the title of Miss Greater Derry and was third runner up in the Miss
New Hampshire Pageant. She teaches music at the family run music school
and entertains frequently at nursing homes. Holly is employed with
Profound Beauty as a sales development manager. Married for 11 years to
her husband Marc, they reside in Londonderry with their 2 1/2 -year old
son, Camden. |

James Sievert
has been active professionally including
earning the following designations through examinations Certified Safety
Professional, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Loss Control
Management, Certified Fire Protection Specialist, and Certified Hazard
Control Manager. He is a much sought after speaker and trainer in the
insurance and safety industry speaking for such groups as Northern New
England Safety Council, Professional Insurance Agents, and Independent
Auditors Association along with many others. He is an authorized trainer
for Occupational Safety & Health Administration and Insurance Institute
of America. He also has been involved in many civic organizations
including Jaycees where he held every office including National Vice
President, American Legion serving as post commander, Toastmasters local
vice president, Disabled American Veterans, Member of the Forty and
Eight, National Atomic Veterans Association, American Society of Safety
Engineers Professional Member, Board Member of Northern New England
Safety Council, and Premium Auditors Association. This is also his 20th
year serving as a judge in this pageant program. He has received
numerous honors and awards including Londonderry Citizen of the Year, US
Jaycees Senator, US Jaycee Ambassador, Granite Statesman, Honorable
Discharge from the United States Army, a speaker at the Ten Outstanding
Americans, listed in the following publication: six times as Outstanding
Young Man of America, Who’s Who’ in the Mid-West, and Who’s Who in the
East. He is currently the Director of Loss Control and Premium Audit for
Acadia Insurance New Hampshire Branch. He lists his greatest
achievements as being happily married to the same woman for over 37
years (Karen) and raising two wonderful children. |

We thank the judges for
their time and effort to choose the best candidate to fill the roll of
Miss Greater Derry. This is not an easy task given the group of young
ladies that compete for this title. |
